Anxiety is an emotional and energetic state that affects most people at some time in their life. Anxiety can become problematic, and in some cases debilitating if it is allowed to take hold.

In this series, Premajyoti will share with you the ways that anxiety can creep in and take hold in our lives, and in learning these ways, you will gain the power to cut the unhelpful cycle of anxiety off.
