~ If you register, but are unable to attend live, you will still receive the recording to keep.

In this one-off session you will be guided through a deep relaxation session crafted especially to promote and maintain good sleep.

You will receive a recording of the relaxation that you can use as necessary to wind down at the end of the day and sink softly into sleep. It will also be useful if you happen to wake in the night and need support to fall back to sleep again.

With use over time, your sleep pattern will improve and your systems’s ability to process stressors and unwind will improve.
