Meditation is a state of being where the mind becomes still and awareness is heightened and internalized. You will learn to meditate in a supportive group environment with techniques that are simple, yet have deep potential.
You will also learn simple breathing techniques that increase your energy and promote calmness. Easy to follow instructions will be given each week so you can continue at home if you wish.
